1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or item).
  • The product does not match the description or specifications mentioned on the website.

Note: Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not qualify for a refund.


2. Conditions for Return and Refund

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required to process the refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Intimate wear, such as undergarments, for hygiene reasons.

4. Refund Process

a. Step 1: Initiate a Request

  • Contact our customer support team at with your order details and reason for refund. Must attach theunpacking video /(s) and photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.

b. Step 2: Return the Item

  • Upon approval of the request, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  • The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

c. Step 3: Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed to the provided bank account.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The product is returned incomplete (e.g., missing accessories or original tags).
  • The item is not in its original condition due to reasons not caused by TrendFusion.

6. Exchange Option

  • Customers can opt for an exchange instead of a refund for eligible items. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the exchange product is unavailable, a full refund will be initiated.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeline:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times vary.

8. Refund Exclusions

  • Refunds will not be provided for delays in delivery caused by external factors such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier service issues.
  • Refunds for international orders do not include customs duties or taxes.
