- Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping.
- For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹50–₹100 will be applied, depending on the destination.
b. International Orders:
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, weight, and size of the package.
- Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged by the respective country’s customs department.
3. Delivery Timelines
a. Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (additional charges apply).
b. International Shipping:
- Delivery times vary depending on the destination but typically range from 7–14 business days.
c. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and courier details. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the courier partner’s website or app.
5. Delivery Conditions
a. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Ensure that the address is accurate and complete.
b. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Delays and Issues
a. TrendFusion is committed to timely delivery but is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters, strikes, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
- Delays by courier services or customs clearance for international orders.
b. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
a. If the package arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
b. In case of lost shipments, contact us immediately, and we will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue.
8. Order Cancellations and Changes
Orders can be modified or canceled only if the request is made before the order is shipped. Once the package is dispatched, no changes can be made.
